When I go to clients houses to teach them exercise, I always try to give them ideas so that they can exercise alone when I am not present. Having a Personal Trainer come to your door several times a week early in the morning to make you exercise is a great idea, but in reality far too expensive for the average person. If the client has no exercise equipment I suggest something like the Cardio Twister.
I want my clients to be happy exercising alone; if you make regular daily exercise part of your routine it will become a habit, and it will do you nothing but good. If you enjoy your exercise, great; if you don’t enjoy it, do it anyway! I am sure that brushing your teeth twice a day doesn’t exactly thrill you to the bone, but you do it because you don’t want your teeth to drop out. Why should exercising your body be any different?
The Cardio Twister gives you a good cardiovascular workout and also claims to tone all the leg and bottom muscles with its varied levels of resistance on the stepper. The idea is you go from easy pedalling to harder pedalling, which works the leg muscles more. In my professional opinion there is not enough resistance even at level 7, so I always add lunging and squats to my clients workout.
The Cardio Twister will fit easily into a compact space and looks a bit like a stepper with a vertical bar fitted into the middle. This reaches to waist height and you place your hands the attached bar and twist as you step, working your midsection as well as your legs and butt ” all at the same time. The more muscles you use, the more calories you will burn!
The Cardio Twister set costs just under $160, making it a good budget choice for most home exercisers. It comes with Personal Trainer Brenda Dygrafs Rip n Ride Workout, and a shorter Cardio Express Workout for when time is at a premium. And if you’re not delighted with the Cardio Twister, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Remember ” regular exercise gives great results!
